Sales Manager
Requirements
- Qualification: S1 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experience in elevator and escalator sales Manager
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Experience managing a team of 3 to 5 members.
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills..
- Good command of tools like Ms. Office, and cloud file management
Responsibilities
- Manage existing customers and look for new potential customers.
- Cultivate and maintain a good working relationship with customers
- Manage and direct the team to achieve monthly and yearly targets and maintain a sustained prospecting program for new project leads.
- Manage Pre-Q and Documentary requirements and BoQ for project tenders and technical support to customers or agents.
- Collaborate with Finance Team to manage collections from customers.
- Review contract/PO/Drawings together with Finance and Project team.
- Proactively support Sales team for pre-sales and post-sales including tender preparation, selection, and design, customer approach, follow up, and monitoring of the progress of tender.
- Analyse tender results with sales team and set targets for the team.
